  • Refined Check-in Alerts for Add-ons: We’ve refined the alert system to ensure expired payment alerts are displayed correctly for add-ons billed with membership payment info.

Reporting & Analytics Enhancements

  • Improved End-of-Month Reporting: Adjustments were made to ensure that all end-of-month transactions are consistently reported.
  • Expanded Cancellations Report: The Cancellations report now includes additional details, such as "Date Submitted" and "Check for Past Dues?" to offer more insight into pending cancellations.

Inventory Management & Point of Sale (MyPOS)

  • Improved Payment Method Handling: We’ve made improvements to prevent the use of invalid or incomplete payment information in MyPOS.
  • Enhanced Cash Drawer Reconciliation: The cash drawer reconciliation process in MyPOS has been refined to better handle incomplete orders.

Member Management Enhancements

  • Improved Account Note Handling: We’ve ensured that service-type member account notes no longer duplicate when marked as completed.
  • Streamlined Account Note Creation: Adjustments have been made to prevent unnecessary account notes from being created when replacing agreements without signatures.
  • Refined Payment Information Updates: The "New Payment Information Needed" banner now disappears as expected after payment information is updated via the MyClubAccess mobile app.

Offer Builder & Member Enrollment

  • Enhanced PT Session Renewal: Improvements have been made to ensure existing personal training session buckets renew correctly when renewing memberships.
  • Improved Payment Validation: We’ve enhanced the payment card validation process in Member Enrollment and Online Join to ensure only valid payment information is provided.

Settings & Configuration Updates

  • Enhanced Club Display Names: Club-defined location names are now displayed consistently across analytics, communication opt-in messages, and mobile apps.
  • Improved Membership Renewal Contracts: Updates have been made to ensure membership renewal contracts contain accurate club access information.

  • Optimized Data Sync with ClubOS: We’ve optimized the data sync process to ensure membership agreement updates between ASF and ClubOS, particularly for membership expirations, work as intended.
