We’re excited to share the latest updates, including new features, enhancements, and improvements to help you deliver a smoother, more efficient experience for both staff and members.

 


 

New Features

1. Member Payment History API
A new API allows you to retrieve detailed payment history for individual members, including payments made both online and in-club, within a selected date range. This feature is available globally.

2. Member Check-In API
Check members into your club seamlessly using our new check-in API. Responses include access approval or denial, reasons for denial (if applicable), and account-related alerts. This replaces the legacy check-in API and is now globally available.

3. Location-Specific Access Management

  • Offers and Member Restrictions:
    Enhanced access management allows club-specific restrictions across multiple locations. You can also set individual member restrictions that differ from account-level settings.
    Previously in pilot; now globally enabled.

  • Online Check-In:
    Online check-ins now verify access using member and account location-specific restrictions, ensuring accurate eligibility checks.
    Previously in pilot; now globally enabled.

  • API Check-Ins:
    Location-specific club restrictions are now referenced during API-driven check-ins (e.g., door access systems) to determine access eligibility.
    Previously in pilot; now globally enabled.

 


 

Improvements

1. Member Search Enhancements

  • Members can now be searched using their phone number in both Scheduler and Point of Sale.

2. Cash Drawer Reporting

  • A new option allows you to print cash drawer balance details, formatted for both receipt paper and standard printers.

3. Member Account Enhancements

  • Document Storage: There’s no longer a limit on the number of documents you can add to a member’s account.
  • Freeze Updates: Changes to account freezes now update instantly without requiring a page refresh.
  • Expiration Date Adjustments: Staff can once again adjust term account expiration dates by a single day.
  • Replacements: When replacing an account, prior rejection counts are now reset automatically.

4. Online and Point of Sale Improvements

  • Text now displays correctly in Online Enrollment when a black background is used.
  • Payments are handled more efficiently when processing multiple dues and add-ons at the same time in Point of Sale.
  • Users associated with notes or actions in Member Management are now displayed inline for clarity.
  • ACH on File is now available as a payment option for additional account statuses.
  • The enter/return key can now be used to initiate searches in Point of Sale.

5. Contract Clarity

  • Total contract values now clearly display whether taxes are included.

 


 

Invoice-Based Billing (IBB) Enhancements

  • Return item fees are now handled correctly for Canadian clubs.
  • Access freeze end dates can be set in the past to immediately end freezes.
  • Dues and add-on payments processed on the same day are now managed more smoothly.
  • Invoice handling has been improved to prevent unexpected pre-generation of future invoices after changes.
  • Agreements upgraded with price increases now update invoices correctly.
