New Features & Enhancements

Unified Login Experience

We're introducing Single Sign-On (SSO) for CRM and CRM+MMS users, allowing seamless access through one central login page. This is a key step toward the full ClubOS ONE experience and is currently in pilot.

Improved Security with Login Verification

To help keep your account secure, we’ve added IP Verification. When logging in from a new location, users will receive a verification link by email before access is granted.

Enhancements & Improvements

Platform Usability

• Profile photos now sync between Club OS and ASF for members and prospects (one-time sync).

• Users can now switch locations directly from the membership profile.

• The updated Guest Courtesy Card tab now features a modern, refreshed design.

• Transaction history can now be viewed for members and by location directly within ClubOS ONE.

ASF Support Enhancements

• A prompt now ensures usernames are unique during ASF login.

System Reliability & Enhancements

We’ve made a range of performance and experience improvements across platforms:

Login and Access

• Enhanced security by removing the password reset link from reminder emails.

Membership & Communication

• Corrected delays in membership profile loading.

• Ensured proper syncing of delinquent status between ASF and Club OS.

• Improved follow-up logic and timing for member communication.

• Addressed scheduling, status, and timeout issues affecting email campaigns, PT agreements, and calendar events.

API and Data Integration

• Performance improvements for endpoints handling large data (e.g., user phone numbers).

• New APIs are available for retrieving cancel reasons and freezing or pausing memberships.

• Sessions per payment are now displayed on applicable contracts.

Contract & Add-On Enhancements

• Updated contract templates for better clarity when selling one-time add-ons.

• Prevented incorrect employee assignments from ASF to Club OS.

• Refined how prospects convert to members to ensure accuracy during agreement processing.

IBB Platform Updates

Permissions & Add-On Management

• IBB clients can now allow users to remove late fee add-ons.
