Preferences

The Preferences tab in the Member Enrollment section of Settings allows configuration of how Offer Builder, Online Join, and Member Enrollment look or behave.

  • State Registration Number: Certain states issue a registration number to clubs that is required to be listed on membership contracts. 
  • Club Email Address On Contract: The club email address included on membership contracts. 
  • Send copies of enrollment emails to club's main account email address: If this is set to True, then a copy of every membership contract is sent to the Main Account Email (see Main Account Email).
  • Send copies of enrollment emails to alternate email address: Set to True to have membership contracts sent to a different email from the Main Account Email. 
  • Buyers are members by default: Default the buyer "is a member" option to checked off as yes in Online Join.  
  • Online Join buyers must be members: Online Join considers that the buyer is always a member and the buyer's "is a member" option is not available for the user to uncheck. 
  • Online Join Member Information page creates leads: Set to True to have new leads automatically created after the prospect fills out their information on the Member Information page of Online Join. This is recommended to be set to False if leads are created using a lead capture form.
  • Color Scheme: These settings adjust the color scheme of Online Join and Online Calendar pages.
    • Font Color Override: sets the font color to White. Set to True if using using a dark Background color.

 

Term Settings

The Term Settings tab in the Member Enrollment section of Settings is used to set the terms and conditions that are used when members renew online through the Online Renewal page. This MUST be setup if using Online Renewal.

Select offers from the Card Codes list to populate them into the selection pane, and then choose the applicable Offer Term and Payment Term for the selected offers.
