Why can't I find an inventory item when ringing up a sale in MyPOS?

The most common reason for not seeing an inventory item is because the item was not associated to a category. Make sure you add the item to the correct category either through the Category section of Inventory Setup or through the Category Tree. Another cause may be the toggles indicating who can purchase the item. These are found in the Item Settings. Make sure the correct toggles are turned on for who you want to purchase the item.
