Creating Online Events

The Online Scheduler gives you the ability to create Online Events, which are events that are planned to take place digitally using tools such as YouTube or Zoom. It is important to note that the Online Scheduler displays ALL events in your My Scheduler and Online Events are simply a variant on events.

Online Events are set up at the Series level. Navigate to the Browse section of My Scheduler and either create a new Category/Event Type/Series, or navigate to an existing Series and select Edit Series.

Here you will find an Is Online? option. This determines that all events that are part of this Series will be online events. This will also add the Online Information field, which is where you should include the relevant information for the online event, such as the Zoom meeting information.
