Attendance - All Report



This report will display the full attendance list of all members and prospects that have checked in within the given date range. This report should be reviewed regularly in order to verify your attendance. This is also a report that is recommended to be one of your Favorites since it should be pulled frequently.

  1. Choose a date range using the From Date and To Date fields
  2. Optional: Select any member attributes you wish to include in the pulled data
  3. Select the Attendance Type, either Problem Attendance, Normal Attendance, or Both
  4. Select the Account Types you wish to have used when pulling data, select either Member, Prospect, or Both
  5. If needed, you can use the Filter tab to filter data by Card Code, Insurance, and/or Company/Occupation
  6. Optional: You can use the Group Data tab to change how the report is grouped. For more information on grouping reports, see the Reporting Basics.
  7. Optional: Lastly, you can export the data to an Excel spreadsheet by using the Export Data If you grouped the data, be sure to use the Export Group Data button instead


Use this list for a full outline of each column in this report:

  • Attended Client: The client ID that the member checked in to
  • Home Client: The client ID of the club the member was signed up in
  • Account: The members account number
  • Sequence: The sequence number for the checked in member
  • Card Code: The card/offer code for the membership the member is signed up for
  • Card Holder's First Name/Last Name: The first and last name of the member that checked in
  • Address: The home address entered on the cardholder's profile
  • City: The city entered on the cardholder's profile
  • State: The state entered on the cardholder's profile
  • Zip Code: The zip code entered on the cardholder's profile
  • Work Phone: The work phone, if any, that is entered on the cardholder's profile
  • Insurance: The insurance number, if any, that is entered on the cardholder's profile
  • Alternate: The cardholder's alternate account number
  • Date: The date the member's check in was recorded
  • Time In: The time that was recorded for the member's check in
  • Attendance Status: The member's attendance status at the time of check in
  • Status: The member's membership account status
  • Payment: The payment amount being drafted from the member's account, if any
  • Balance: The total remaining balance for the membership account
  • Birthday: The cardholder's birthday from the member's profile
  • Expires: The date the member's account expires
  • Email Address: The email address located on the cardholder's profile
  • Occupation/Company: The occupation entered on the cardholder's profile, if any
