Replacing a Membership


Replacing memberships should be done when fundamental changes need to be made to an account. Replacing a membership will do just that: fully replace the current membership immediately. It is important to not confuse this process with Renewing a membership. 

You can begin replacing a membership a few different ways:

  • Through the Member Enrollment section in Member Management
  • Through the Quick Member Search panel


Selecting the Replace option will import the member information into Member Enrollment. From there, you can select the new membership to replace the current one with. Replacing will work very much like regular sign up works. This can also be used to change any of the cardholder information on the account.
