Active Member Attendance


The Active Member Attendance report will pull data displaying the attendance records of your active members. This report should be pulled regularly in order to keep up to date on your attendance. To use this report:

  1. Choose a date range using the From Date and To Date fields
  2. Choose the Attendance Type, either AllCard Reader, or Scheduler
  3. Click Submit. All entries will display in the list. This report does not have any filtering options, so you will not need the Filter Data
  4. Optional: You can use the Group Data tab to change how the report is grouped. For more information on grouping reports, see the Reporting Basics.
  5. Optional: Lastly, you can export the data to an Excel spreadsheet by using the Export Data If you grouped the data, be sure to use the Export Group Data button instead


Use this list for a full outline of each column in this report:

  • Client: This is the club number that the member is a part of
  • Account: The member's account number
  • Sequence: The cardholders sequence number i.e. 1st cardholder, 2nd cardholder, etc.
  • Card Code: The card/offer code that indicates the member's membership
  • Sessions Available: Shows the number of PT/Class sessions the member has on their account that can be used, if any
  • Total Sessions: Shows the total number of PT/Class sessions the member has on their account
  • Attend Date: Displays the date the member checked in
  • Scheduler Event Date: Displays the date of any events the member checked into
  • Class Location: Displays the location of any events the member checked into
  • Class Signed Up For: Displays any events the member signed up for that they checked into
  • Trainer's First Name/Last Name: The name of the trainer scheduled for the event the member checked into
  • Cell Phone: The member's cell phone number associated with their account, if any
  • Email Address: The member's email address associated with their account, if any
