ASF Application Requirements

Some ASF applications rely on other applications in order to use them. For example, Member Enrollment requires MyPOS to be set up in order to process new member sign up payments. This article will inform you on these requirements.

Offer Builder and Member Enrollment

Offer Builder and Member Enrollment are used to create membership offers and sign up Members and Prospects in your club. Offer Builder and Member Enrollment will require the following applications in order to be used:

  • Inventory Management
  • MyPOS

My Scheduler and Room Designer

My Scheduler and Room Designer are used to create and manage classes and personal training. These will require the following applications in order to be used:

  • Inventory Management
  • MyPOS

 

Public Calendar

The Public Calendar is a feature that allows you to provide your members with a calendar they can use to sign themselves up for events in My Scheduler. This can also be used to embed your My Scheduler calendar in your club's website. This feature will require the following applications in order to be used:

  • My Scheduler
  • Room Designer

Analytics

Analytics is used to find very detailed data and analytical information on your club, such as revenue or membership analytics. This application will require the following applications in order to be used:

  • Offer Builder
  • Member Enrollment

Belt Tracker

Belt Tracker is a useful application that allows you to track belt rankings for members. This is going to most commonly be used for martial arts programs.

Note

This application is currently unavailable for general use.

  • Inventory Management
  • MyPOS
  • My Scheduler

 

My Member Account Mobile App

The My Member Account Mobile App allows your members to access the features of My Scheduler from their phone. Members can schedule themselves for classes and personal training, as well as purchase class and PT sessions. In order to take full advantage of our mobile app solutions, you'll need the following applications:

  • MyPOS
  • Inventory Management
  • My Scheduler
  • Room Designer

New Prospects

ASF has a Legacy Prospects application that can be used to sign up Prospect accounts. This application has been updated and added as a new feature of Offer Builder and Member Enrollment, allowing you to create Prospect offers and sign up Prospects. This feature requires the following applications in order to be used:

  • Offer Builder
  • Member Enrollment
